Applying to become a supplier is a three-step process.
Step 1 is where you provide us with some basic information using the supplier questionnaire. It is a relatively simple form but if you need help, our team can talk you through the questions and what answers they are looking for from you.
You should visit the “Our Brands” page to discover the best place or places your product may fit within the Woolworths Liquor Group of businesses.
We have specialised Business Managers (buyers) in each business area- beer, wine, spirits, RTD's and non-alcoholic products. When completing our supplier questionnaire, you will need to specify which part of the business you want to deal with and which category of product it is.
Our buyers will get in contact with you within two weeks once they have received your application. Depending on your product(s) and our requirements our buyer will decide whether we can take your application to the next stage.
When you’re on board as a supplier we’ll issue you with a username and password so that you can access important data.
When to Apply
EDG maintains a comprehensive and up to date range review calendar of beer, wine, spirits, Ready-To-Drink and non-alcoholic products. Please click on the range review calendar tab to find out when the next review is and submit your application 8 weeks prior to the review, however, if you believe you have a unique product – and there’s no competitor in sight – then we’d like to get you on that calendar. And we’d like to hear from you – NOW.
If your product isn’t listed here for a range review, it means we don’t have any immediate plans to review that category. Unless you have something unique and compelling, please check back at a later date.
Visit the “Our Brands” page to discover the best place or places your product may fit within EDG. After completing the online form, one of our Business Managers (buyers) should be in touch within two weeks. We receive a lot of inquiries from suppliers, so if you haven’t heard from us within that time, please contact the relevant Business Manager and book an appointment to discuss your product.
We structure our business by its various retail brands and then by whether it's a beer, wine, spirits, RTD or non-alcoholic. When completing our supplier questionnaire as a first step, you will need to specify which part of the business you want to deal with and which product category it fits.
